November Core Value Champion:

November was focused on our core value “Resourcefulness”, again I am quite impressed by the amount of nominations that came in. I am pleased to announce that Lisa Brookes was nominated by a fellow coworker and was chosen to be November’s “Core Value” recipient. Lisa demonstrated resourcefulness one afternoon as she was doing her route and it was extremely foggy, having the student’s safety in her best interest she felt it unsafe to drop them off at their normal spots. Her radio was not working to request dispatch’s help so she proceeded to a small town, found a safe location, secured her bus and called her parents to pick up their children at that location.

December Core Value Champion:

December was focused on our core value “Integrity”, again I am quite impressed by the amount of nominations that came in. I am pleased to announce that Brenda Hoganson was nominated by a fellow coworker and was chosen to be Decembers “core value” recipient. Her coworker stated that every morning Brenda has her grippers on and does a complete pre trip on her unit and the days that her unit was started for her she made sure to come in early to do a complete pre trip for her PM run. She always ensures that she has permission slips for her students to ensure they can or can’t be dropped off alone
