This year we had several drivers from our Prairie Bus Lines team take part in the 42nd Annual Provincial School Bus Roadeo in Nisku, on June 7th. The School Bus Roadeo is an event where school bus drivers compete in a series of driving skill challenges. These challenges are designed to test the precision, safety, and knowledge that every school bus driver must possess. Competitors navigated obstacle courses, demonstrated their knowledge of safety protocols, and showcased their skills that are crucial for the safe transportation of our students every day.
The event featured over 50 competitors from across the province, competing in both the Big Bus and Small Bus categories.
The Prairie Bus Lines Team brought their ‘A’ game and walked away with Claudia Christen winning first place in the Small Bus Category and Jordon Freerksen taking third place in the Big Bus Category. Jordon was also awarded the title of “Most Professional Driver.” Congratulations, Claudia and Jordon!! It was their sharp skills and commitment to safety that resulted in this successful outcome thank you Claudia and Jordon for showcasing your professional skills and making us proud!
